Actually Jade hill price not appreciate fast compare with others areas like Setia Alam.

Example late 2009 Purchase at RM752k, now only worth around Rm880k = Rm128K / 752K = 17%

I think your jadite suites will do well. I am not worry about the condo over supply in market with jade hill.

this because jadehill product differentiation will make no one can supply the same in this part of town.

most buyer buy for own stay.

One floor 4 units only.

100% no floor la here. it is hill ma.

Developer will built road connect to silk highway. easy to get to jusco and mines

developer also will control the type of shop buy leasing them not selling.


i think very easy to rent out to Japanese that work in bangi

gamuda is building road from its first roundabout to shop lot in taman kerumas to taman sinara to taman setia to taman impIan ehsan to silk highway.( planning stages now)

No main hamtan

oh. i have one link house and recently book one condo . being there more than 15 times

i do my homework before invest one!

Saw this last week.

Block a small unit low level still got. duplex also got

block b still got 1200 and 1300 few.

Not much left overall with no advertising at all

Around 60% occupy only.

Jadehill. my first gng. very huge changs from BK to here. all relatives seem jeoulos about my new house.

Enjoying the hills. lake. the neighbours kid. the trees. landscape.

My wife complaint hard to get grocery. so have to plan harder when shop at mines wonderland or jusco. hope the shop units open fast in jadehill.

Yes. jadehill is more expensive. tp built up is higher. jh is smaller.

For future price appreciation. i think jh will be higher. but got to wait as jh still have many launching that takes another 4-5 years.

Low density in jh. only 3 units per arce. if not wrong jh have 350+ arce but only built less than 800 units .

1. Jh have commercial center
2.gamuda is bigger payer
3.gammuda have done it before. their valencia is just supper.
4. Wait until the jh tree mature we can see the more different.
5. Fend sui is hill behid. lake in front . u found it in jh la.

Note. i might be bias toward jh.

It depend on a lot of things, that's why you need to engage a bonafide FS Master

I'm no master.....so i rest my case.  But whether TP of JH enjoy better FS overall, well I really don't know !

JH is good like I've said earlier........just that it's a bit "far" for us (at least for my family members)

I'm neutral......JH has its strong points, so do TP. For that matter of fact,
Tropicana Cheras, Nadayu92, Mutiara Villa, Sentosa Heights and a host of others developments had their good points and bad marks too.

It all boils down to own individual preferences and of course RINGGIT AND SEN !!

See quit alot kui lo here. but not as many as valencia gamuda.

I hear gamuda is promoting kui lo here.

The kui lo i meet is from south America. hope not the Colombia that famous with haroein .
