Yah, that's true .... commercial play an very important factor as well...but DPC concept wise, slightly different. everyone is allow to enter DPC for food, walk down the park, etc, and see those G&G neighbour surrounding the commercial area. This is like a 2 tier concept

But other project like valencia, Sierramas, jade hill, people typically are not allow to walk in directly without visiting friends who are staying there......will be good to live in though

I visited JAdehill for the first time since they first launched, it was great in fact and I like the density , the landscape plan and the nicer house (compare to SEP). OVer the years, I still visit the place and friends who are staying there, I would say that it is not turning ugly but certainly not turning out as per their earlier projection. OR maybe this is part of their plan as well.

SP Setia was never known for quality but more for service. Most of their house are really using standard or in fact mediocre materials.

I agree that their sales people were groomed to be more professional . Mahsing is bad among the big boys. Again.just my personal experience

Nice. Been to jadehill for many times, getting better. In my opinion , nicer landscape than SEP and DPC
