target on a Twins villa in JH for RM $1.51 M, for investment and rent out after collecting the key, dont knw how much can rent out and if it can cover the monthly installment

well...personally invest in JH for a semi D, but the setia eco project in cyberjaya seems better than JH one...... should compare more before buy =.="

Actually, i m foreign married with a malaysian, invest in JH coz family live in Kajang
the lastest phase of semi D just facing the D one, not much garden view but costing 1.51M.... |

BTW, i saw I-property selling QV" 35*80" at 1.5M recently, while I rmb the purchase price of QV at the sales office at 2012 Mar was around 1.26M ( that time I was thinking whether to take QV or TV), so now the price rise $200,000+~*

as i still not yet get the key, i plan to contact agent later on, plus need to do some renovation on the house, so need some time before i really make decision to rent out tat
