I just received called from Astro staff... I assume that they are from telemarketing department... She ask me to upgrade to Byond because from their record, I'm still using old astro decoder (black Philips one), and i'm the old subscriber, as she said (since 27 November 2000).... Free upgrade and she also said free HD for one year..... Then I told her that I already changed to Byond PVR.... I already returned back my old Philips decoder many years ago to Astro Max... She reacted like, "Haa...! Are you sure!?" Then I said, "Yes...., I think your database still not updated kot??" She said sorry sir....., probably it was because our system problem.... we're just upgrading our system few weeks back.....
