For me no point to fight with the BIG BRO.....
seriously, i was very angry and dissapointed...i request to hear the recorderd conversation but they keep giving me many reasons....
i just want to make sure that the mistake from them not from me

some more, when they said they want to change to Non PVR....WTH.....already tebuk my dinding rumah then simply want to change it....

when i said i want to report to NCC (KPDNHEP) they scared...everybody start to call me...day and night....even there was 1 call from a girl saying that she just want to inform me that she will be away for a week and there will be no call from her...WTH???

lastly, when think about it rasionally, i have to back off because there was a guy saying i need to refer to the TnC before install the byond...

so??no choice maa....

Naga,

Did Astro ask you to read the T&C when they entice you to change the decoder or subscribe to byond? I believe everything was done via telephone right? Astro has a duty to inform the customers on this important clause. Failure to do so, it is their fault.

that's why Astro refuse to let Naga listen to the conversation again .. techinical error la .. issue la .. reason ..

So, they can't throw the ball back to Naga saying it is stated in the t&c which was not mentioned via the tele-conversation. Naga didn't even sign on the byond upgrade form and if there is no evidence of Naga agreed to the t&c then Naga has a case to raise with ASSTHROW.

sorry, slighitly off topic;

i've been experiencing problem of able to watch SD Astro programs only during the night - due to service not available during the day (POOR Signal, BER=2). I have lodged a complaint to astros customer service and was told the problem was not from Astros side but at my end - satellite dish need to be realigned with the signal.

anyone experienced this and how to solve? thanks.

before calling astro contract installer to do the re-alignment(will cost you RM50), you can do the diy check on the 2 F-connectors, one on the LNB, another behind the decoder, make sure they are tightly screw on, loose connection can cause intermittent reception problem

Yea exactly! Cannot imaging how to watch a football match with a pair of 3d glasses.
I've tried before watching in 3d (during World Cup match), nothing to be amazed off (not for me though). Getting eye-ache putting on those glasses, so I end up watching on the HD channel rather than 3D. Hehe.

I expect some surprise on B.yond 1st Anniversary...

Also, does Astro lack of Latin programme (telenovela) these days...?

Maybe astro limit bandwidth on 3D channel. As you know 3D required huge bandwidth than HD channel.

when is 1st anniversary ? christmas HD ?

i think there will be new hd channel around the corner....hd test channel got improvement!just wait, we still got 2 weeks ++ until new year! And i think there will be inhouse channel as the testpage show AABC HD which is stand for wut? asia broadcast centre?

after countless call and 'harassing' Astro customer service, i manage to get my byond activated .. at this moment, i think that additional RM20 is worth it ..

p/s: watching MU vs Ars this morning in HD, shit MU won laaa .. huh
