Sorry if this asked before but does it actually take 14 working days (3 weeks) for the smartcard to be activated? It display the error incorrect smartcard, please contact customer service etc. When the installer here can browse through things but now just the message nothing else.
Can I have recourse to ask them for pro-rate of subscription since no Astro for 3/4 the month or they will still be cheeky and charge full price. |

I still waiting activation of smartcard ... their 48 hours are up. When i call tonight sure they will say different story. What kind of customer service is this!

still waiting activation, almost 2 weeks (9 business days).
no rhyme or reason why people get activated first even though installed later. i am thinking of cancelling astro and just taking the RM240 penalty for the 'new' contract which started from day of install. why reward them for such ineptitude? |

I only hope they don't be lazy like usual and paste subtitles on the screen - not use button to switch on/off as needed. Some people just want to see the whole screen no subtitles
Oh btw thanks again to apex2g for helping me get B.yond activated. My husband now enjoying NFL in HD, not live also okay Tomorrow and Monday morning live ones he already plan to watch.This post has been edited by redninja: Dec 24 2010, 07:49 PM |
