All these are the tricks of developers that always put proposed MRT, proposed highway, proposed route that they try to sell their properties...

I won't say it is not possible, but maybe 10 years, 20 years later.

Don't forget, all developers are ISO (I Say Only).

but i want to know what is the entry price per sq.feet?
and how much it can appreciate upon completion?

Mcity already selling future price. Last year when I check, they already selling rm1.3k psf before rebate.

Owner will need lots of holding power to secure a tenant. It may not be easy and will take a while with so many new units surrounding the location.

for me, entry price way too high and its risky bearing in mind the huge supply of units that will be coming
online ..
developer reputation for end product is not good going by the few projects that they
have delivered so far..they launch left right and centre, top and bottom so to speak but track record really
is not that good..

wanna buy - you better have holding power for at least 5 years after completion..

How's M City's sales?? How's it gonna compete with Arte & Elements which is much cheaper.

Moreover, Ampang/Ampang Hilir has the highest vacancy rate in Klang Valley condo's at 37%. Look's like M City's super high pricing for block 3 is gonna add into the numbers.
