Personally I like the location - right at the end of Jln Ampang where access to KL (I think the distance to KLCC is acceptable, Duke Highway, MRR2 and Ampang Hilir is quite central. Plus it blocked the view of Arte & Elements. Those who bought the units facing the Jln Ampang will have the view of the scenic Ampang Lake.
