Now I understand the feeling buying MS property. Really thrilling to get a paper gain of RM80k in the first day...maybe another RM30-40K extra in the next 1 week. I kongsi 1 unit with my cousin at high floor (above 16 floor) facing Ampang lake, a double storey duplex 910 sq ft. My cousin knows someone in MS thus bought on the 1st day with full discount. Anyone interested to buy over my unit? Just pm me abd give me an offer. My cousin said transfer no problem as he knows people inside who can do it. Tq

Judging from their frequent sms, I guess many units left smile.gif
*
I believe the remaining units are from their final phase and the price is easily 30% higher than earlier phases. I think this happens to most of the developers where not much promotions are done when projects were first launched as response was good. With more phases subsequently launched with increased price and slower response, they start to invest more money to lure purchasers as their profit for the later phases is also higher. I am sure there are still many purchasers who have bought after the aggressive promotions. I bought a duplex soho 916sf subsale from a colleague last month. He paid for less than RM700psf during launch and sold to me at RM820psf vmad.gif vmad.gif looking at the price now especially when duplex has fully sold, I think my price is fair. I am working in Ampang, so I am buying for own stay.

elements is just next to m city but so far away from lrt while m city is near? sounds funny, doesnt it? shopping wise, elements residents prohibited to go meh? just walk a few meters away only. concept wise, yes m city is better. but does it justify almost double the cost of per square feet? imho, no. for rm1200 psf, i might as well target klcc.
*
Fren, Element is not exactly next to MCity. Pls go and check out and future LRT is definitely nearer to MCity. My office is just opposite MCity.

ya lor. elements is not exactly next to m city. in between got some roads, small empty land. oh i also forgot got some small stones in between m city and elements too. the other day also got some lorries and cars in between elements and m city too. LOL. LRT maybe nearer to M city. yes. but thats like saying my left eye is nearer to my left ear compared to my right eye. the diference is so little

You learnt fast. Well done! At least you know now where your eyes and ears are. Enough of eyes and ears, back to property. Don't waste other forummers time. Tq

Hmm... I thought Olive 108 stopped work already.  And got another 3 Towers coming up in same area, just before Elements.  Pricing also RM650 psft but more like Office space -- will steal thunder from M-City?
*
If along the main Jalan Ampang got new development with psf price of less than RM70o pls let me know the detail of the 3 towers. I sure want to grab. MSuites, Embassy View all close to RM1000psf.

Property agent? 100k per month ... But if market no longer boom, maybe 100 per month.
No need to envy. Life's never fair.
*
He said he is an employee wow! As an agent, I can understand. The super duper Insurance agent, property agent, Genneva gold consultant, unit trust agent can make more than RM100k a month. 34 years old employee, ummmm not easy to believe unless he is the son of some filthy rich men like Berjaya, Genting, Dijaya etc...

haha, i m just an ordinary sales guy earning comission... not who who son....

my company product is used by mainly the oil and gas sector, last 2 year i secured an PO with RM80 millions, imagine that my com is 2.5%.... plus the other "lobang" , i do have an income of RM100k/month for since 2011.

even though before getting this big Order, my income was about RM15k per month, of course no PO no order no sales no $$$

i paid income tax 6 figure every year....
*
Hope there are more big orders to come or else you won't get ur RM100k a month. All CEOs must kow tou to you. Btw, I work in the procurement dept of a major oil company in Malaysia. Want to give me a clue which company you are working for? I may want to resign and join your company.

I am not that great, there are few malaysians which about the same age like me in my company, in high position and one of them even higher position than me, his earning will be more than me of course, and not forget to mention, he is one of my partner to set up our company...just he never involve in this forum, so does not mean there is no such young succesful man in malaysia....even MY FM DJ Jack Lim is not in professional business, but somehow he s making tons of money every month..so don't be surprise...
*
Ok ok should stop the poker game now. No more discussing income or else more will come in to claim that they are making many millions too which will make people like me looks like poor man. Should talk about property investment opportunity which many can participate in the forum as it does not need to call bluff like poker. Anyway we are all proud of you regardless whether you r telling the truth. Malaysia boleh!

If we talking about salary, then 120k is alot of money. Beat Ah Jib Gor or Teresa Kok or Khalid Ibrahim flat.... well as per their declaration.

One thing my CEO doesn't even make that much money. Die lah..
*
Not only your boss but most of the CEOs of very well paid financial institutions do not get RM100k salary a month, variable bonus is different. If you perform, you get average 4-6 months bonus. If you don't do well, pray to God as you will get a below expectation letter which is like warning. If you get 2-3 years below expectation letter, be prepared to be sacked. Don't talk about owner CEO like Teh Hong Piaw or Nazir. For sales guys, if you tell me they get more than RM100k in some months when they successfully close big projects, I agree. But if you tell me his salary is RM100k a month, it is quite unbelievable. Like you say, earning RM100k a month, cannot get loan of RM400k, hee hee...apa ini? If you get Rm100k a month, pay cash lah.

I thought Element was only launched after MCity but its progress is in a much more advanced stage as compared to MCity. I remember when my brother bought MCity, Element has not been launched yet.

Wow! When I bought 2 units of duplex during their first preview 996sf at about RM660k each, I thought it was very expensive then. Now for the same price and slightly more expensive you only get studio. OMG.
