enough crap la, what cock u r talking, damage is done, now is the remedy time, ppl ask u question and u answer dono what crap....pls stop commenting, u r making ppl sick...!
In case you didn’t realise that I have answered, please read my earlier post #459. Whatever crap I wrote in post #460 I am glad I got your attention and hopefully the attention of all future buyers as well. Before you can solve a problem you must first acknowledge that there is a problem and that you are also contributory to the problem. The truth always hurts, especially so when you can’t blame anyone else for your (in a way, self inflicted wounds &) problems.
I will not stop commenting in this forum as long as I know there will be more gullible buyers (for phase 6) being enticed by their websites and beautiful brochures.

... set up committee bring this case to putrajaya .
Calculations Quotation Min Need 10k~12k to re change back …
That is one good solution (i.e., initiating a Class Action or Representative Action), but it is tough and expensive. If you want faster resolution you should lodge your individual complaint directly to the Tribunal /Pemudah if your claim does not exceed RM50,000.

…. But does it mean they can cheat us like that? …
Of course not. The developer must not try to short-change the buyers and neither should the buyers allow them to get away without paying for their folly. Frankly I think the Group has been getting away with lots of unfulfilled promises – see also their D’Rapport, BBK Business Park, Port Tech City projects. That is why I said earlier that you should consider yourself lucky if they finally deliver your house.

You must be one of the Acmar Staff….
... most probably you did not buy any of the houses there ...
…. if the developer does not deliver up to that that quality they have to give the necessary refund, simple right?
Sorry to disappoint you - I am not one of Acmar Staff. If I were, I must be mad to crack my own rice-bowl.
I am just an investor and have been following this Group's development projects after I nearly bought one of their projects launched sometime in 2007/08 and till to date they have re-launched 2-3 times but still nothing comes up above ground level, except for the showroom and foundation pile-caps.
Yes, you are right that I didn't buy any in Taman Putra Impiana. I did go to the showhouse for Phase 3A or 5 (can't really remember which phase but it was in April 2010) and was very impressed by its built-up quality and design but luckily I was told by my friend that it is the same Acmar Group and then I remembered their other stalled projects in Klang and Kuala Lumpur.
I fully agreed with you that the developer has to deliver to the quality standards promised / shown in their show-house and failing which they have to reimburse the buyers if they can't or won't make good their promise.
