this is not the first time... phase 5 has been stopped construction for more than 5months previously.

nope.. their expected completion was on Dec 2011... until today, still not yet do the fencing.. is more than 12months d..
you bought the phase 6?? how much you bought it 690k (during soft launch) or 830k (sales agent)??

833k bfore 8% rebate....

i see... during the soft launch, phase 6 only priced at 690k before 5% rebate... after the agent took over, the price shot up to 830k...

The price jack up too fast and furious!

So suddenly on hold again?!

now not 830k already. the latest priced increased again.
now the package is 890k+, before 5% rebate...

but does it selling well?? as what i see last time.. only around 10units has been sold/booked... about half year back... bear in mind that phase 6 was launch on middle of year 2011...

yalo, there are around 4rows facing north and south is almost sold out, the another 2 east and west still got many available as i asked last two weeks.
