Actually, I had been know this Actmar had been so bad since few years ago. Most Klang people really annoyed with them and would tell every relatives, friends and neighbours not to buy anything from Actmar ...

In fact, most banks and contractors / associates ban them as well ...

recently i go view phase 5 houses... as i'm one of the buyer.. the workmanship really bad...
really regretted.. this is my 1st property.. and it ended up with a bad experience...

frankly speaking, buying from this developer is like buying proton car. definately will find many lemon here n there. This developer has same reputation, so dont expect high 'quality'.

But reputable developer or not, nowdays everywhere also the same. U go other developer projects, they too have their own issues. As long as your house doesnt leak, crack, flood, or worse, abandoned like the klang ones, count your blessing. This is unfortunately the reality.

Press the project ppl hard to fix any defects. It is their job and responsibility.

And never regret your decision. It may not be a good one but certainly not the worst. Impiana has a good location, and you cant easily find one in puchong with the same specifications at the same price.

Phase 5 near to end finishing. Thanks god they didn't abandon this phase.
I also find some defect here and there but just a minor one. Hope fully no new defect after move in future time.

yes.. they didn't touch up the crack at the wall where the pillar is... i could see it in my house... will ask them to touch it up when got the key...

but in SnP it stated first floor fitted with percelain tiles, but in actual it is with ceramic tiles, how do we claim on this? and also, in future, anyone interested to set up a RA to take care of our community?

the current security is not function at all.

They already have RA.

Now the security provided by developer. Maybe their contract not yet expired.

We shall get more information from RA..

Agreed. RA is badly needed, current security is laughable for a taman this size. but heard that developer will construct brick fence (same to current brick fence) to enclave the whole taman c/w new guard house once phase 5 and 6 completed. Then we can have something like next door Meranti Jaya security, quite impressive. But that maybe another 3 or 4 years down the road.

This is where RA comes in. It needs to stand and voice up for the residents. Afterall, RA is THE residents.

If RA is inactive, then there is really no hope.


Added on December 27, 2012, 6:06 pmacmar website got putra homes 7 already. 2 1/2 storey size 40x80. this one is where? i tot phase 6 is last phase cause really no more land already? isnt the empty land beside meranti factory belongs to meranti?

putra impiana seems very aggresive nowdays. phase 5 finishing and phase 6 piling already started. dont think they will abandon our taman.... good, at least we will have high class residential area within.

Hi Guys

If i m not mistaken in the earlier treads there is a discussion about RA and they did held an election for RA committee and so on. this is
before phase 3A is completed.

Need to track back.

Guys - The house in phase 5 are purchased with a high price RM450K to RM680K and we all do expect good workmanship, good landscape and good guard house.

Can we all bring this up to acmar so that they can provide good landscape around our houses? At least our house will look more exclusive. I have the head of the project telephone number in which you can make suggestion to make our Taman look good as corresponding with the price purchased.

I feel regret for not buying at Sierra 16, near to Puchong Gateway there. Same price but beautiful scenery and workmanship. WTF!! mad.gif vmad.gif
