Sierra 16 i mean not the town house...the terrest house. Last time i went they to see its about 499K for intermidiate. But the scenery and landscape was good.

If you are seeing this post, please make sure the houses in PUTRA IMPIANA Phase 5 and the surroundings looks like RM400k above quality houses and not like RM200k quality!!! We are consumer and we have the rights to complaint. Remember this is not RM200k or rm300k house. Its half a million over price!!! So put your expectation big as the price is big!! I would not have care if the house are purchased around RM200 or RM300K. And also i don't care if the surroundings is not good as the price we pay cheap. But this house is half a million guyssss.... think..think..and think.... |
