16 sierra only 500k during launch, now of course cost more, it is subsales now...500k to get the workmanship and environment ,,,,worth it...
not expecting the acmar quality was so fuxking bad....

Sierra 16 i mean not the town house...the terrest house. Last time i went they to see its about 499K for intermidiate. But the scenery and landscape was good.

I dont mind buying 500K or 600K house but please build the house at that quality.

The higher price purchased the higher expectation we have!!!!

If you are seeing this post, please make sure the houses in PUTRA IMPIANA Phase 5 and the surroundings looks like RM400k above quality houses and not like RM200k quality!!!

If not we all will log a complaint to the Ministry of Housing Affairs or Medias to have your company to be Black Listed for ever and ever.

Do you think that Usahasama Utama and other Acmar group of companies are worried about your complaint? Think again.

Please count your blessings when they finally deliver your house. Other projects developed by them are not so lucky and some are still waiting after more than 12 years.

I would not have care if the house are purchased around RM200 or RM300K. And also i don't care if the surroundings is not good as the price we pay cheap. But this house is half a million guyssss.... think..think..and think....

yes agree, the thing i very dulan is in SPA, it says first floor with polish porcelain tiles but end up giving us cheap ceramic tiles, i am not going to sign the delivery when CF ready, i am going to bring this to the tribunal.....is like cheating...

Don't get me wrong. Your message on 10th Jan in this forum is asking (more like begging) the developer to build your house according to the RM400+K quality standard or else you will report to the relevant authorities.

My message to you is don't waste your time begging but go ahead and complain although your complaints will not affect them - they are hardcore delinquent.

You should just go ahead to complain to all relevant authorities and media as you have been shortchanged. In fact, if you have done your homework, you would not have bought anything developed by this Group or the Tee family. Good Luck.

He bought the house at RM 400+k and at this stage of developer under performing, he requested the developer to deliver it at RM 400+k, its fair and what's wrong with it? He not begging for RM 600+k quality... Or anything that I missed out?

But I have to agree that, if one who known to property development, he / she would not buying anything from this Acmar Group or Tee brothers or families. They had terrible record and names in Klang, not only properties but others as well.

It is a fair request but quite pointless to expect quality work from this Group. Please read the opening 5 words of Zomba's 2nd para "If not we all will ...". Frankly the developer will not be bothered with any threats. So my advice still stands - please lodge your report now (as your threat to report will not work) to all the relevant authorities and media.

Lets wait until all are completed and measure our house and surroundings appearance towards the 200K and 300k house just not far away from phase 5.
If we all knew Acmar is this type of developer we would not have came close to buy the house.

Anyway lets make things short if they deliver the house under a quality of450++k what is the next action you should take? I am asking Crystal2 to elaborate and share to us. Keeping quiet is not good enough.

i think they will take sometime to make up the surrounding... since phase 6 still in progress and alot of trucks going in and out from there...
