No la.. My colleague with SGS (JPM) used Touchpal keyboard to type out a Chinese SMS message and sent to my SGS (JPM) - no problems at all, I could see the Chinese text.

He also sent the same message to another colleague using a Blackberry 9700 - no problem there also..

How come?

open it, go to alsa tab, press download button, wait for it to download, it show no notification of it is downloading, so just wait until it say complete/stop hanging , exit alsa.

open myFiles, search at internal sd card for alsa_update or mixget_update, i forgot the name already, just rename it to update.zip.

open recovery mode, and flash update.zip

now open up your music, minimize it, open alsa, go to alsa tab, and adjust the headphone bar, normal level is 56 or 59, so if you want louder slide it all up but remember, it really does increase the sound highly. so careful.

mV=milivolt. Not current. The voltage is not device specific; depends on cell chemistry.

Li-on max voltage: 4.2V
Absolute max: 4.25V (more than this = plating occurs = high internal resistance = high heat production = oxygen build up = battery buldge = potential hazard)
Nominal: 3.7V
Safe low voltage: 3V (lower than this = premature deterioration)

Just to share my experience after months using my SGS (stock ROM). whenever I feel the phone start lagging and battery drain faster than usual. I just reboot the phone and everything back to normal. No lagging and the battery easy can last more than 2 days (moderate use FB, Tweetdeck, download apps, games, FW, stock watch, etc).

Wow, I just found out how to play by folder, in the default music player. Just open music player, go to settings, then 'music menu' and check on 'folders'. Yay!!

Note : I'm running JPM, not sure if older firmwares have this..

Wah you damn good ah can understand his question, i was looking through my SGS and mine shows 4156mV at 97% (Unplugged like an hour and half ago) but what Meng Suan mentioned about the battery is spot on.
