It's main purpose is central stock yard for toyota vehicle can stock up to 10000 units.
Apart from that, most of accessories for toyota install there, not at the plant due to gomen rules.
Plus body & paint repair facilities.
Not forgetting the new test track for toyota.

Toyota IQH is actually nearer to Setia Alam... nearby NKVE last toll booth in Klang.

Bandar Bukit Raja and Bukit Raja are two different places, although quite near to each other.

you might want to incorporate a location based IQH centre within a range of the residential (BBR) can substantially increase the demand of tenant or housing needed thus chances of getting commercialize would be higher...perhaps it could be a platform to obtain development,

alamak... the drain water in BBR is rising high and not flowing anywhere.. most probably will overflow very soon in view of the rainy season.... the lake water also very high already.. macam mana..??? morgiah...?
