Software canot lower your temperature...
with increase of proc clock speed and vcore, temp will surely raise...
if you want to lower your temperature, lower clock speed, vcore or use better cooling v a good air flow case...
anyway i can get 3.6Ghz on stock vcore ~1.4v...
i guess u need a lot more for 4.2Ghz,
i nvr try 4.2Ghz, perhaps the sifus here did?

man.. asrock indeed doing some marketing..but wht is BS about that?
plus that socket will be used by all am3+ mobo later on.. if all of em is BS, then why need new socket? better stick to older socket and just connect the idle hole..easy..

I did not say the new socket is BS. Please find a word in my post that says the new socket is BS. I have NEVER EVER said the AM3+ is BS. I stand stand firmly on this statement.
