QUOTE(netboy @ Mar 16 2016, 05:49 PM) Developments under commercial title does not necessarily means it's definitely without HDA. For ED Soho which is not under HDA, MEH provided curtain, TV, fridge, kitchen cabinet, sofa bed, queen-sized bed divan, headboard and mattress and pillows i got more than 10 pillows from MEH staff. Some developments as "Serviced Apartments" or Serviced Residence" are usually with HDA, as developer applied for residential purpose on commercial titled land. SOHO/SOFO/SOVO on the other hand are most likely without HDA as these developments are approved as "kedai" or "pejabat" and not for residential purpose. Potential buyers can also look at layout brochures where properties sold with HDA are usually with furniture drawings (ie sofa, bed, tables etc) whereas non-HDA brochures are forbidden to show these items in their layout on the brochures (HINT: because they are "pejabat" not "rumah") |

I guess many who bought EC residential are investors/flippers. Probably the same investors who made money from Empire Subang and Empire Damansara.
Still one bad experience will tarnish everyone confidence. From what I gather, delay is inevitable since developer has no money to get contractors working already. Developer even resort to unscrupulous tactics to get financing, like finish up the external work and landscape even though internally is far from completion. But we cannot wrap fire with paper, a walk inside the building and everyone can tell whether the building is complete or not. |

QUOTE(RTFM69 @ Mar 16 2016, 12:48 AM) Some of ur comment are truly sickening. These are reasons why there are more and more blatant assholes in the world. Agree... very sick. There is something to be said about rising against the evil and not guilt the victim into thinking that he or she is helpless.... |

QUOTE The developer has proposed to "restrict or close" parts of LDP Highway during the late evenings and reopen for traffic outside of the closed hours. This is to facilitate the works known as "Sky Parade". This post has been edited by accetera: Mar 16 2016, 09:39 PMTraffic will be redirected presumably to the other linkway, i.e. the old road. If fully approved, what do you guys think of this "unprecedented approval" to close highway? As a LDP user, what do you think? |

Such a lousy developer. The Empire Subang name should be changed to other name! This is to facilitate the works known as "Sky Parade". Please don't close up LDP, almost knocked into a barricade last time at the slow lane that was due to Empire City haphazard construction!Traffic will be redirected presumably to the other linkway, i.e. the old road. If fully approved, what do you guys think of this "unprecedented approval" to close highway? As a LDP user, what do you think? Don't quote me on this, but if not mistaken in the Highway Code / Law is that, whatever structure above a highway, the one located highest shall maintain that portion! How sure are we that Empire City 2 will maintain that portion of LDP in good condition?? And covering up that portion of highway means lower speed limit!
