I don't think can trust on a developer who always have cash flow problems. Do you think there will be issues such as structural integrity later on? No money cut corners.

When you read newspaper, it will say accident happens at XXX location, never say project or name of the project. For instant, if there is a big case in some college, they will say 'a college in subang jaya'. that's all, because if they bad mouth these companies, others might join force and not advertise on their newspaper anymore. money talks.
