LESSONS LEARNT :::

1. Please ATTEMPT to read or skim through some random pages of ur SPA at least briefly or at least keep asking the Lawyer questions no mater how basic and stupid your questions are. Make sure it is a HDA template including Schedule G and H - if u dont already know wat's that, please Google it.

2. Please READ your SPA entirely if you are buying a NON HDA property.

3. Please research developer track record and background of personalities involved. General rule of thumb is to treat every developer saying with a pinch of salt and then you assessed by your own research.

As long as the structure is designed in accordance to design codes, then it's not a problem. Only problem is causing inconvenience to road users as the construction will only narrow down the already congested highway

She says she is marketing agent for developer.
Developer also throw price meh? Throw lower than buyer, right?

Whatever, VP, CCC, even the photos legitimate or what not, it's the hotel floor or the residence floor, argument here of which sequence of which is correct And what it all means, or even if we have some lawyers, architect to-be etc....

First of all why no explanation from Developer, for those who started paying instalment but yet to have the keys ? Why bother to issue LAD to the Lim guy on some Facebook post instead of having explanation and testimonial from owners that they r happy with the unit, looking fwd to moving in etc , This alone, just shown the developer is in shithole.

If 10th floor and above, if the condition is like this photos in FB, worth to spend extra 100k to make it liveable. But bear in mind this is a condominium , if the main electrical distribution and all the major facilities like water, piping, sewage , Internet etc are not in proper stage yet, sell 100k also no one will buy (unless sold as whole block to another developer to continue the work)

It's like those houses that being sold by the council at Liverpool for £1, still no one would want to stay there as its a shithole. biggrin.gif

I suspect that you may not be able to sell it right now even if you had a buyer unless the buyer was going to pay in cash. The bank would probably not approve the loan.

Till date nothing at all from the developer...empire remix might face the same issue. Every I pass by kesas the site looks the same to me
