Did inspection of my Halo studio unit yesterday. Though there were a number of defects need to be done, I am actually quite satisfied with the unit. It is really not as bad as what some highlighted in the forum. Units come in different Color door frame and kitchen cabinet's color follows the door color. I got my favourite color yellow by chance. There's are blue, red, orange and grey. For the price, I am paying, I am very happy. Items provided are not bad, Sharp Microwave, 32" LED TV, curtains, air con, sofa and quality of furnishes actually exceeded my expectation like sink, water tap, toilet, window, kitchen cabinets etc. The biggest disappointment is the sliding doors to bathroom which are made of plywood. I think Halo and Sunday should do well.

Besides this, what do you think about the condition of the common facilities and the fact that you will not receive your keys until all defects are rectified. Lastly, what do you think about having to pay your housing loan and maintenance charges considering you can't occupy or rent out your unit? |

I think the workmanship is acceptable since this is from MEH. Definitely can be better but workmanship is not MEH's strongest point laFor RM240-280k fully furnished, on top of one of the biggest malls in Malaysia, comes with DIBS and most likely all buyers are making money out of it, investment can be worse than that. |

My satisfaction is solely from the condition of my own unit and the overall layout. I am a very objective person. I know the difference between a condo and a developer. Probably gonna see more and more defects in the whole development. Lol.. big tenants name but sustainable or not is another question. Empire Subang is the perfect example where fnb is alright but retails all mehhhh.. Oh well let's see in the future.
