I thought someone mentioned that LAD is calculated from date of building plan approval till VP date not from S&P date? Anyone can shed some light here?

You're correct. Calculation of construction period will be at the dot of building approval date to VP. It is not SNP signing nor SNP stamping date. I believe it is specified clearly in SPA clause. |

Saw that the Halo Sunday quality today, much better than E.damansara's studio, well at least there is no water leaks on ground like the old E.D studios. Guess they learn their lesson in choosing the right contractor. Anyone have a unit below 330k? pls PM!!
