As a buyer, how can we determine the date MBPJ gave the building approval? Is the developer obliged to provide buyers with a copy of the building approval letter?

For LAD, will the developer calculate nd pay purchasers automatically or purchasers have to write in officially to demand for it with their own calculation? Anyone has any experience? Tq

just noticed the advertisement in iprop.
halo sunday is labelled as a meeting room and waiting area? and on plan, there's no bed? so it's another resi wanna be kah? but reckon this might be able to pull through though. |
