Water pooling and all other defects need to highlight to developer soon as still under warranty. If you wait for me I wait for you, defect period will be over, developer wash hands and owners are stuck (the value of your property will also drop). Now it enjoys the fact that only a few projects have VP-ed (like Shaftsbury) but once all are up, tenants will now have options and the project that will do well will be the well maintained ones.

let's probably give d' pulze a little more time to settle things in until all the construction is done. What I noticed is the hallways, Carparks are very dusty and the security is too lenient! There are females who live alone and with the unreliable security, this is a problem for real! Garbage/Rubbish chambers should be kept clean.. These uncivilized tenant(s) just throw their trash like they own the place. Can we write a letter to any governing body @d'pulze to atleast look at these looming issues? The place is not yet fully established and some people messed it up already

well, I was earlier at 2nd floor to check out my friend's place then I stumbled upon a door I guess it's B2-03.. well I'll be damned, the door has a nazi symbol.. really now?! does the owner know about this? His investment is being messed up by someone who believes in the principles of KKK.. seriously?!

They have to understand that their projs are boutique and ll not be easy to sell if wanna be the price leader in cyberjaya especially they r not big developer. |
