it's easy to ask owners to not rent out unit out of desperation but many of these investors had low entry/DIBS and now have many installments to pay.. they have no choice but to rent it out to the highest bidder..
btw, some investors don't sell out asap due to stiff competition n RPGT la.. |

For commercial rate for S.A. , u guys can change the electricity to residential rate by writing a letter to TNB..
for water, haven't really had success with the conversion. |
