This developer is a no-no for me in future. Reason:
1) No showroom to begin with during sales
2) Finished facade looks different from initial architecture drawings???
3) Have to say that the so-called signature kitchen fitting looks utterly cheapskate, not even starting to compare with any brand
4) Delay in delivery - VP date seems to be brought forward to reduce late delivery interest compensation even though unit not ready
5) Maintenance fee seems to be under budgeted during initial sales - showed a real amateur in planning even though they mentioned that they had some previous project under their sleeves. Don't mind paying more if that's the cost for "good" up keeping,but,the question is,could we still trust "them" to manage a good job?
The only feel good factor is the pretty good job in getting all those mall tenants...damn, they are real good salesman. I wonder how those mall tenants re-act when they see the mall facades....

Just hoping my complaint list won't continue after I have seen the actual unit...
One sentence to summarize:
Over-promised, under-delivery ---> Newbie developer
Totally agree.. I think as mentioned by someone..it would be a good idea for the Owners to meet up to discuss on certain issues before we take it up with the Developer..If we go alone then they will reject us..but if the numbers are big they will have to listen at least to our complains.
