Since i moved here..they still have not implemented it either in the carpark lobby,shopping mall entrance or lift which I found appalling Nope..did not highlight this

Anyone has problem with their water bill charges?is minimal charge RM36 applicable for service apt like D'Pulze?

If i remember correctly when i purchased the unit..it came under HDA..Housing Development Act.so as far as im aware it should be individualy charged as any landed or apartment unit without the commercial commitment. This will need to be brought up to the management to discuss further.

For commercial rate for S.A. , u guys can change the electricity to residential rate by writing a letter to TNB..
for water, haven't really had success with the conversion.
