=_= Pak Hitam and Middle Eatern... Hope Neighbour MH Garden Plaze will have less of this problem too (can't avoid right)... I visited D Pulse yesterday, it's something like empire, but the ceiling of the mall is so flat feeling, don't even have proper plaster ceiling and the red 'Bomba pipes' are everywhere at the ceiling, wall finishing also no good.. Not even feeling especially at the top floor, Cinema area.. But this will be the best option for people in CB to hangout and buy their stuff, but if too many Pak Hitam and Middle Earten.. I also don't dare to go alone lor...

Weekend is expected to be less people, currently Cyberjaya only got more working and student population during weekdays. I wonder what type of foreign people ? Arabian and Black ? Not amo?

Hopefully boutique dev like areca and nadayu 99 ll be priced more competitive or slight lower than existing bigger scale projs there. They have to understand that their projs are boutique and ll not be easy to sell if wanna be the price leader in cyberjaya especially they r not big developer.

Do you know is there any update on this slip road to MEX? There is no more update after MH sold off all their units in Garden area...

This mall need further touch up.. Even the wall quality inside the mall is not even, and can see dirt and crack, they need to do something about it, new mall already feel like quite old...

Went to D pulse today for lunch, crowd is quite Ok because today they have Lion Dance Performance competition.. Occupancy rate for shop is about 60-70% already. looking forward for this new mall to serve Cyberian better. As for bad parking design and the mall workmanship... Just cope with it for now la, in the coming future, better mini mall like this will be more in Cyberjaya.
