I'm currently using Symphonet. So far so good. Their service is quite prompt, eg: they will try to fix ur connection problem the very next day. (Although it would Hv been better if they Hv 24hr service line ) met a fellow condo resident, UNIFI like not very stable too at times. For the price I pay for Symphonet, it's quite worthy

Am really hoping desperate owners out there, stop renting out ur unit out of desperation. Need to maintain the harmony in D'Pulze. So far I must say the environment and location is really good. But as the occupancy increased lately, I had seen more & more uncivilized residents eg: throwing rubbish on hallway/lift, those r really vandal residents & good for nth kind. Expecting to pay some amount of rent & act like a boss! Pls preserve this good environment here, after all we r living under the same roof. If those desperate investor really desperate, sell off ur unit lar, got lots of calls from agent mentioning got buyer in hand ready to pay! Lol. No offense guys, need to voice this out...

it's easy to ask owners to not rent out unit out of desperation but many of these investors had low entry/DIBS and now have many installments to pay.. they have no choice but to rent it out to the highest bidder..

btw, some investors don't sell out asap due to stiff competition n RPGT la..

Boss, don't help to justify such an act lar. It's like justifying ppl to go & rob because ppl Hv no other choice...lol

true.. these investors didn't factor in Cyber's high supply n soon realized that non msian/non expat tenants is the only way for them.

U guys should work with the JMB to filter tenants...

Not all investors think like u and me.. i believe in good tenants as the long term value is affected by the tenants in the building..

Not actually...i have positive cash flow after renting and its not to PH or ME. Overall its really good but owners need to take precaution so doesnt get abused the place.

As a tenant I wanna highlight to u guys as the owners to firmly tell th JMB to please step up security measures.i see all these tom d*** and Harry foreigners all walking in like a boss. How to feel safe?? God knows how many of them live in one unit

I felt safer in supposedly cheaper condos where the security although thuggish at times..did their jobs well

And when is the damn lift gonna implement the card system eh? And the doors??? The fuxking door at the car park and mall?? Anybody can just walk in
