The built up seems extremely small, even the largest.

Seems more like a studio apartment/condo. Each unit have 2 bedrooms max.

Will be appealing for rental though.

I hope any one else can verify this? senior? bcoz price /sqft seems really2 expensive. but i guess its true, when doing the calculation, Rm519 x 4++ (i cant remember the exact size) sqft = Rm235k ..it match with the smallest studio price =(
