This developer is a no-no for me in future. Reason:
1) No showroom to begin with during sales 2) Finished facade looks different from initial architecture drawings??? 3) Have to say that the so-called signature kitchen fitting looks utterly cheapskate, not even starting to compare with any brand 4) Delay in delivery - VP date seems to be brought forward to reduce late delivery interest compensation even though unit not ready 5) Maintenance fee seems to be under budgeted during initial sales - showed a real amateur in planning even though they mentioned that they had some previous project under their sleeves. Don't mind paying more if that's the cost for "good" up keeping, but, the question is,could we still trust "them" to manage a good job? The only feel good factor is the pretty good job in getting all those mall tenants...damn, they are real good salesman. I wonder how those mall tenants re-act when they see the mall facades.... Just hoping my complaint list won't continue after I have seen the actual unit... One sentence to summarize: Over-promised, under-delivery ---> Newbie developer |

QUOTE(RedsArrow @ Aug 13 2014, 03:35 PM) Key collected. Just some updates for owners out there:Although Vp-ed, not ready for stay. Reason: 1) Carpark is not accessible yet, estimated ready by next week 2) Lift not fully functional (only one operating). Another lift for renovator use. 3) Management office not ready yet. From my understanding, management staffs has been employed under B&C 4) Swimming pool without "water in the pool" 5) Electricity not connected yet (according to staff, will only connect when "officially" move in...huh? My unit inspection was done with a B&C management staff, employed two weeks ago, with no full understanding of the whole development... Misc fee must be settled before u even hope to step into ur unit... Credit should be given also when it is due. My unit interior consider satisfactory, although have some minor defect complaints, nice & clean when entered during hand-over inspection. Seen some other "condo" with worse handover condition before. Facilities area look fairly clean & organised. Lift very smooth sailing type, heard before other condo lift shaky and some trapped in lift.....hope its not happening here Mall not likely to be opened this quarter. Even with rush job, earliest possibly would be by year end. Still, i have got the feeling the VP date has been brought forward even though the whole block is not "fully" ready for occupancy. My VP letter dated 11 July 2014, but only received in the end July. Arrangement for key collection only can be made 2weeks later, which is mid-August. Even now collected key, but unit looks like still not ready for occupancy...wth I believe problems can only be solved with feedbacks, and even developer should be more responsible and work together with owners to resolve arising problems...not "covering up" problems |

QUOTE(Fisheye @ Aug 18 2014, 12:35 AM) We were So disappointed discovering point 1,2,and 4 during VP. However we're totally shock when we went there today and discover that there are no electricity! How they expect people to move in? http://benzncarlton.com.myMay you elaborate on point 3? What is B&C? |

Hi all owners,I think we as the owners need to have a common place to voice our concerns and discuss on how we can manage our property in the best interest of all.any ideas on how we could group ourselves together?

QUOTE(drunkonpiss @ Dec 12 2014, 10:26 PM) I pity the security for being bullied for just doing their job. I hope management and condo owners association(If there is any) would look in to it. I think renting it to professionals or expats would be a better option than students who doesn't care and doesn't realize that they should be thankful to the owners for putting a roof over their head. As a tenant, I abide to the rules and regulations of what was stipulated in the contract and treat the place like my own. People who are acting in a non-civilized before should rent elsewhere. I'm currently using Symphonet. So far so good. Their service is quite prompt, eg: they will try to fix ur connection problem the very next day. (Although it would Hv been better if they Hv 24hr service line Thank you for replying to my query, I would let the management know about my situation tomorrow regarding my aircond and hopefully they would be able to settle it immediately. Any feedbacks about Symphonet internet? They have good rates at a fast speed. Is it any good? thanks! Am really hoping desperate owners out there, stop renting out ur unit out of desperation. Need to maintain the harmony in D'Pulze. So far I must say the environment and location is really good. But as the occupancy increased lately, I had seen more & more uncivilized residents eg: throwing rubbish on hallway/lift, those r really vandal residents & good for nth kind. Expecting to pay some amount of rent & act like a boss! Pls preserve this good environment here, after all we r living under the same roof. If those desperate investor really desperate, sell off ur unit lar, got lots of calls from agent mentioning got buyer in hand ready to pay! Lol. No offense guys, need to voice this out... |

QUOTE(Babizz @ Dec 13 2014, 04:25 PM) it's easy to ask owners to not rent out unit out of desperation but many of these investors had low entry/DIBS and now have many installments to pay.. they have no choice but to rent it out to the highest bidder.. Boss, don't help to justify such an act lar. It's like justifying ppl to go & rob because ppl Hv no other choice...lolbtw, some investors don't sell out asap due to stiff competition n RPGT la.. As a fellow resident, I'm voicing out what's not right. After all, investment is doing due diligent homework & including picking the right tenant choice...no? |
