Macam biasa...developer give shit quality furnishing to profit more...that's why I NVR believe this furnish2 concept. Confirm mark up the furnishing price kaw2 n give very bad quality 1 ...

Hahah as usual...to be safe whatever the salesmen tell u the maintenance fee... Times it with either 1.5 or 2... Thats roughly the realistic maintenance fee once completed... My wife apartment when buy say roughly rm100-120 per mth...when complete becomes 220. My condo before complete say 200-230 per mth...once complete close to 400 per mth... Malaysian culture..

Hahah...to be honest the cost now is high...im part of the management committe JMB in my cyber condo....security fess, electricity bills in common area, waste management, gardener, cleaners, repairs, techinician, chargemen fee, it all cost money bro... in fact we are even struggling even with maintenance fee close to rm400 a month...and as you say it, its not even a high end condo...

if u expect for maintenance fee rm150 and below right now realisityically i can think of is very very high density low to medium cost flat/apartment with no gym and swimming pool....

sorry if i offend you no instead i want it to be reduce...but realistically thats the reality man..my wife apartment no swimming pool and very high density not even condo also now monthly maintenance fee already rm220-230...

could be done u guys just form a JMB committes after 1 year VP and sack the management and you manage it yourself between owners...see if you can reduce the cost or not...

U guys all owners should set a meeting date with the maagement company appointed by the developer. If im not mistaken its bentz & carlton. They use to manage my condo pretty decent performance.

So at laest the owner can be inorm how much the budgeting to maintain the place.

In an ideal world, all owners would love to. However reality is different. I been renting my unit in Cyber the past 8 years... Local ppl not many willing to spend for rental. I dont know wether its bcoz of no money or they think its a waste to spend such amount for accomodation. They cant even afford room renting at rm380-rm450... So i guess theres limited pool of local ppl willing to rent at rm1.2k above per unit...

Symphonet is a private internet service provider for ur condo. Check with ur mgmt 1st usually will get 1st year usage free. Mine used to be macrolynx...give free 1 year. After 2-3 years they kaput liao. But always down tue internet totally not reliable.
