fuhh before this when still like a dead desert my wife tak suka want to stay here....now everything siap n in construction...when i bawak her jalan2 cyber today she ask me look for house for both of us to settle down in cyber pulak.... wimmenz...

Macam biasa...developer give shit quality furnishing to profit more...that's why I NVR believe this furnish2 concept. Confirm mark up the furnishing price kaw2 n give very bad quality 1 ...

U guys all owners should set a meeting date with the maagement company appointed by the developer. If im not mistaken its bentz & carlton. They use to manage my condo pretty decent performance.
So at laest the owner can be inorm how much the budgeting to maintain the place. |
