They are supposed to keep the public informed about the mall opening date. Even if there is a delay people can accept if kept informed. This is call consumer engagement and marketing communication ma...
Looks like they are not confident when they can open.. |

QUOTE(gingy_82 @ Aug 2 2014, 10:46 AM) Not only speechless..i think this is day time robbery..More than double from the initial 15 cents agreed. First the screw up on the So called Signature Kitchen which barely looks like a disgraceful unit. Then they delay the VP from May to August. Next they confirmed that the late payment will only be paid until 11 of July which doesn't make sense. Since they can only give the keys on the 11 of August. So who will pay for that extra 1 month delay? Bank? Tenants? owners? MPPJ? Maybe Tune hotel can give extra room service. Need to look into some legal perspective and advice...I'm sure all the owners are furious..just not sure how to vent it.. Maybe its time to meet up with owners to brainstorm how to handle this. Im not paying 35 cents for so few amenities offered.. This is not acceptable. Shit head developer...surely will not buy from this JOKERS in the future. Problem is BASTARDS will change their company name and say oh Ya we developed in AFRICA. ASSHOLES |

QUOTE(max_cavalera @ Jul 30 2014, 11:34 PM) Hahah...to be honest the cost now is high...im part of the management committe JMB in my cyber condo....security fess, electricity bills in common area, waste management, gardener, cleaners, repairs, techinician, chargemen fee, it all cost money bro... in fact we are even struggling even with maintenance fee close to rm400 a month...and as you say it, its not even a high end condo... Dude you sound like you are from the DPluze Management..whose side are you on? unless you the type who like being ripped off.if u expect for maintenance fee rm150 and below right now realisityically i can think of is very very high density low to medium cost flat/apartment with no gym and swimming pool.... |

If you do not agree with the late payment , make sure don't accept their offer. You can bring your case to Housing Tribunal. The decision and settlement process by the Housing Tribunal is quite fast. My experience with Talam project is manage to get better compensation then what is originally offered.First the screw up on the So called Signature Kitchen which barely looks like a disgraceful unit. QUOTE(gu~wak_zhai @ Aug 5 2014, 11:55 AM) I had a look inside the mall yesterday and it looks like a lot of work still. The entry area doesn't have tiles and other things completed. Was told "end of year" for the mall opening.Definitely no sign of tenants preparing shops. The fittings etc in the dpulze unit looked fairly low quality to me. Was considering renting a unit to stay in but now not so sure. |

This developer is a no-no for me in future. Reason:
1) No showroom to begin with during sales 2) Finished facade looks different from initial architecture drawings??? 3) Have to say that the so-called signature kitchen fitting looks utterly cheapskate, not even starting to compare with any brand 4) Delay in delivery - VP date seems to be brought forward to reduce late delivery interest compensation even though unit not ready 5) Maintenance fee seems to be under budgeted during initial sales - showed a real amateur in planning even though they mentioned that they had some previous project under their sleeves. Don't mind paying more if that's the cost for "good" up keeping, but, the question is,could we still trust "them" to manage a good job? The only feel good factor is the pretty good job in getting all those mall tenants...damn, they are real good salesman. I wonder how those mall tenants re-act when they see the mall facades.... Just hoping my complaint list won't continue after I have seen the actual unit... One sentence to summarize: Over-promised, under-delivery ---> Newbie developer |

U guys all owners should set a meeting date with the maagement company appointed by the developer. If im not mistaken its bentz & carlton. They use to manage my condo pretty decent performance.
So at laest the owner can be inorm how much the budgeting to maintain the place. |
