DPulze going to vp soon while 3rd Avenue just launch...any competition will be few years down the road
Better to make assessment after Dpulze mall, Tune Hotel, Citadines start operating n see their performance. Once a place become the local landmark n frequented by many, its success will continue |

Overall, I think this is a good concept and first of its kind in cyber.
Btw, sifus/owners, anyone has good renovator to recommend? Found internal renovator quote following: 1) Kitchen cabinet ~rm40++/sqft 2) Wardrobe ~rm50++/sqft We can share info for bulk renovation. Any comments? Tqvm in advance fellow neighbours |
