my appointment to collect keys is 2 weeks later...

They mentioned not allow to collect key until further notice, due to bank delay on the remaining transaction.

Just called the d'pulze office.
They said people start collecting the keys.  rclxms.gif  rclxms.gif  rclxms.gif

Anyone here collected?

Key collected. Just some updates for owners out there:

Although Vp-ed, not ready for stay. Reason:

1) Carpark is not accessible yet, estimated ready by next week
2) Lift not fully functional (only one operating). Another lift for renovator use.
3) Management office not ready yet. From my understanding, management staffs has been employed under B&C
4) Swimming pool without "water in the pool"
5) Electricity not connected yet (according to staff, will only connect when "officially" move in...huh? rclxub.gif )

My unit inspection was done with a B&C management staff, employed two weeks ago, with no full understanding of the whole development... rclxub.gif

Misc fee must be settled before u even hope to step into ur unit... shakehead.gif

Credit should be given also when it is due. My unit interior consider satisfactory, although have some minor defect complaints, nice & clean when entered during hand-over inspection. Seen some other "condo" with worse handover condition before. Facilities area look fairly clean & organised. Lift very smooth sailing type, heard before other condo lift shaky and some trapped in lift.....hope its not happening here brows.gif

Mall not likely to be opened this quarter. Even with rush job, earliest possibly would be by year end.

Still, i have got the feeling the VP date has been brought forward even though the whole block is not "fully" ready for occupancy. My VP letter dated 11 July 2014, but only received in the end July. Arrangement for key collection only can be made 2weeks later, which is mid-August. Even now collected key, but unit looks like still not ready for occupancy...wth sad.gif Recommended occupancy to start by end August...y hand-over key when it is not ready then? vmad.gif

I believe problems can only be solved with feedbacks, and even developer should be more responsible and work together with owners to resolve arising problems...not "covering up" problems shakehead.gif

now is the time for the owners assemble and discuss how should we handle the management of the d'pulze. You guys can join the dpulze facebook group that has been created. Please refer link below:

https://www.facebook.com/groups/dpulzeownerscommunity/

In order to enter the group, the owner should prove that he/she are the owner of dpulze then only the admin will approve. You can use S&P for instance.

We went to developer office few days back, they show us the compensate amount was calculated based on the SPA date until the ccc date, which is on July. We are going to write in to developer.

We were So disappointed discovering point 1,2,and 4 during VP. However we're totally shock when we went there today and discover that there are no electricity! How they expect people to move in?

May you elaborate on point 3? What is B&C?

Hi ALL,

Just a General question, what is the rental proposed for the 2 bedroom apartment for Dpulze? I think we should have a set figure so we dont get shortchanged by the Tenants.

Bare unit?
Semi Furnished?
Fully Furnished?

Also i think we should be careful to rent out to African and Middle Eastern Tenants as not to give a bad impression to the development..

Once the name is spoilt then we will have trouble renting the place in the future..Guess a quick buck in the short term will affect the name of the property..so ALL beware of it.

Not that i want to be Racist or anything..just thinking of my interest and the interest of other Owners.

Any comments is appreciated.

When your unit is empty for months or year, you will not be so choosy like how you thought now.

I no money to buy. The coming supply is plenty. Not like few years back. Its tenant world. They can be choosy. Not the owner. This is the current market.

I dont agree to be honest..This is a good development overall..with Mall and hotels. Moreover being the first Mall in the entire Sepang Area...i only see it as a plus point.

In an ideal world, all owners would love to. However reality is different. I been renting my unit in Cyber the past 8 years... Local ppl not many willing to spend for rental. I dont know wether its bcoz of no money or they think its a waste to spend such amount for accomodation. They cant even afford room renting at rm380-rm450... So i guess theres limited pool of local ppl willing to rent at rm1.2k above per unit...
