Both companies are GLC. But this doesn't make them a department of the government. Not like those departments such as Jabatan Kerja Raya (JKR) anyway.

does anyone know ocbc titanium same as GE titanium? Means reward and rebate.

This banking package was unveiled just this morning. Anyway, this card does have better perks actually. For example, it gives you 2x Choice Points if you charge a minimum of RM1500 to the card each month (i think there is a cap though).

banking package? this one not like credit card? so this world card minimum CL also like cimb world card 100k? but the requirement is very low le, can not go to the airport plaza lounge also

This card is bundled with the just launched Standard Chartered Preferred Banking package. Just go to SCB website to find out more. All the informations are there.

Ermm... Just keep in view. SCB Business plat is my maincard since im only use at oversea, combine with HSBC and citicard, never loss any great offer ^^

No. It is free. The one quoted above is "statement retrieval fee". Note the retrieval. It means your old statement.

Need to have HSBC Advance account to apply for this card. You'll also need to provide a proof of income to get it. The minimum salary required is RM60,000, if my memory serves me correctly.
