Yes. Because they launch during the economy crisis 2007-2008. Starting price if not wrong is RM248k++. Now, secondary market is expected to be RM350k++.

Zest starting price was RM220k, around RM200psft.. booking started in late 2008 and launch in early 2009.. economy crisis time was a good time to look for bargain..
dont think secondary market is RM350k for Zest... the last developer price is close to RM400k.. thus expecting nothing less than that...
iproperty asking price as high as >RM450k..

After visit the sales office Z Residence, seeing the GREEN car, The Q, the show unit, the Cute Girls and some of the buyer of the, hope tis picture will help you to visual the ladscaped of the Bukit OUG 3 yers from now.


Conclusion

1. KM 1 - too far to be include in the picture offer DIBS
2. Kiara Residence Phase 1 - Offer DIBS
3. Kiara Residecne Phase 2 - not open for booking DIBS maybe
4. New Jalil Max development - no info yet - DIBS maybe
5. 8 Sri Petaling - sold 80% with DIBS but to for to include in the picture

The salesperson insisted that the property value will increase rm100k after official launching of block C and D in june.....how you guys think of this ?

go read up in the previous posts. already people have mentioned that each block will have increase in psf and already shown from launch of block A to B about this. if you believe won't happen, then you slowly wait till block D launch to go and book!

Developer best business time is weekend de la... where the public is not working.. heard Sat n Sun open till 7pm...

Dear all experts,

Just booked a unit in 23A for Block B. Is the ppl really 'pantang' about 23A (24)?? I really dun mind anyways....

This is my first time buying, so need some help on what to apply and do.

After I paid the deposit, the SA said wait for their call on April or May, to sign the SPA letters. So before that, I need to go and apply loan first rite?

Any guides in this forum can guide for first-time buyers?
