When i left arnd 4pm, Block B Facing Garden view, all middle units gone except lvl 13A and units 3A.
Side units still got. Facing Kinrara, dun really know cos didnt see...

They gave 4 aircond units. one in each room and one in living room.

Aeon, they give 3% off downpayment. so instead of deposit 10%, only 7% required.
so its 3% discount. its 352psf and after minus 3% = 323psf.

Also developers dont pay for interest during construction.
