yup. i read before about this. apparently mobile cell towers and repeaters are more harmful because the frequency that they use are more penetrative to the human body and because you are likely to be bombarded with such microwaves more than any other sources constantly. it's so strong/bad that even in a locked room inside a house, your phone signal is still working

firstly, maths school!! one mobile phone (1, one, satu). one cell phone tower/repeater handles more than a few thousands (>1000, more than thousand, lebih satu ribu). doesn't matter whether you're using your one phone cause it's the one active frequency when communicating/using. you can't however stop a telecoms tower/repeater that is above you from doing the same.

Saw a green Lambo at the door step.. Datuk Neoh (Trinity tauke) was there as well.. not sure does the Lambo belongs to him .. if its his, might be "funded" by Zest or Heron owners... Now I think he must be thanking Z owners for funding his next Bugatti Veyron ..

Went to the actual site after visiting the show unit.. its beside Bkt Oug Condo... Turn is from the indian mamak stall, drive all the way in and there is a small signboard (cadangan pembangunan) beside a car workshop.. Shops around kinna quiet, with lots are tutup pintu.. Bkt Oug Condo looks very run down.. If their JMB decided to give it a fresh look, this area might be able to revive again..

bukit oug condo already planning a repaint and will also be getting their strata titles done soon. all things look positive for that condo. pity though that the parking issue will still be a problem as it is very limited and the existing block closest to the proposed extension lrt will face tenancy issues.

regardless for bukit oug condo, the same cannot be said for the nearby flats. forever the same. if you got drive by the flats small road out, you'll see lotsa anti government slogans and banners of their unhappiness.

any ppl know if the sales office will open next weekend...??

Yes. The Green Lambo belongs to Dato' Neoh.

The Zest owners gave the most contribution as the project has a GDV of more than RM400mil.

I guess he is aiming for a yacht or a private jet very soon.
