Q: What is "ZR" selling point?
A: Modern and life style glass design not like "others"
    New route will build for ZR to ease traffic, like the Ramp promise at "Zest"
    Walking distance to LRT, but not too near cos noisy.

Yes. I took KESAS today and managed to stop my car after the Awan Besar toll (heading to town) and observed. Tower B and D will be nearest to the high tension cable.

Hi jinyee, the HDA act has been amended in 2007 which includes service apartment as well.. you may refer to buyers of Zest and SW whole sign the SNP which comply to HDA and with Schedule H.. of course, shop and offices are not protected under HDA 

For those who concern about their health better think twice to stay near to high-tension cable, unless you are sure that your immune system is good enough.

I guess the Kg Muhibah LRT will be like Kelana Jaya LRT station where it is below the high-tension cable.

p/s:high tension cable far away la from ZR.

Happen to drop by sales office again (my 3rd visit), they are still selling remaining units of Block B today, even limited units left but still bbb.......

Also asked them about HTC, they show me the actual map and show that is about 250m away from ZR.
