Today a lot of uncle auntie bring thier cheque book pay for the booking fee like what they did in the pasar. How many unit want? how many unit u bought and how much u get?

3 years later these auntie uncle sure will regret. It prove Z residences is more for investment instead own stay.

I tot they only start selling on 1st April ? How come when i go yesterday the Sales ppl said not open for sell yet but Block A all sudah sapu habis ?? -.-'' What is happening ? lol
