all indications won't point to 300psf which is not so good ledi..

Facts :
1) Agree certain blocks of Z Residence and Parkland can see the HTC, but distance at least 180m away, not so close as display by ebackbone on Paramount
2) Parklane to LRT - quite a distance
3) As I mentioned earlier, the best location nearest to proposed LRT would be KR phase 2

Anybody know that how far the building from Kesas highway?

Do the level of building same as B.Oug Condo? What i mean that do the 1st floor of Z = 1st floor of B.OUG, or 8th floor of Z = 1st floor of B.OUG?

wow, thing not going good for Z now days,  27 July is hearing of the faith of Z Residence, wit DBKL, i think the guy wit Green sport car step on some 1 tail this time,

KR phase 1 - look like on schedule, site is clear and ready to proceed with piling.

KR phase 2 is also ready to launch, the site being clear by the lrt contractor, the Bukit OUG Condo Residence no problem with the development.

As for The Seeds - they only want to launch next year.

Lets hope the out come for the 27 July hearing is turn better to Z Residence since the stop work order is imposed to them this week.
