instead of buying Z condominium at 300++ per Sf, better wait zest condominium owner to sale it once they get CF. Even Zest selling at 380 per sf it still worth it cos the environment and traffic its much more better then Z.

this project one major good thing is the walking distance to LRT, which located within 300m to 400m away from LRT staiton i guess? i define condo located 400m radius away from LRT station is not walking distance anymore. maybe u can search online how is the prop price and rental could reach for a condo that sitted near to the LRT compared those condo that is not sitted near to the LRT but in the same area. then u will understand the LRT effect could reach untill what level. this is because LRT is not something new, but we have existing condos that located near to the LRT station as a good reference. maybe after u search, u can come back here and share with us yr finding? its good to hear you mention the condos name so that everyone can get clearer pic.

I agreed the different with and without LRT, what i am talking is overall on this moment for this project, dont get me wrong.

of course,if many of you is interested, please go ahead with the purchase... no ppl can stop you right?

I agreed that it's too dense. TT need to price it
right. Otherwise, will not add value to buyers.
If 350k, not worth it la, 1000plus unit...just image
how to fight. At 300k, can consider.

if u give comment on a new project, which only completed after 3 years base on "this moment", i think everyone should be clearer themself rather than amyone else coz they r too obvious. moreover, its no logic to discuss a future home with current environment.

when developer or government promise for something, such as LRT n the extend road in this case, ppl will ask, how sure u think they gonna to keep their promise? well, investment always come with certain risks. if there is no risk n high return but with small budget investment, pls tell me, i want to invest:)

so, for those who not willing to take any risk, pls save yr money into the bank.

Go to do more researching then you sure will find better deal..no need to argue here and ask lot of questions and challenge here....
