residents of ladang bukit jalil mainly indian/former rubber estate workers, having legal tussle with DBKL now due to forceful eviction notice.. large indian community here ???

Well, i believe with the time goes by then the new development will refresh the outlook on that place in the future. I'm still interested to get a unit mainly due to the location but the agent recommend me Parklane Puchong which he claimed a better buy. Still I do not like the Parklane location although myself staying in Puchong now.

Haha, in my opinion, no matter how the Z residence is better than OUG parklane in term of location & future capital appreciation.

But, please prepare yourself, i have feeling that the psf will be over 320..... biggrin.gif (just feel oni)

if they start at RM320psf, it might be RM350-380psf when it reaches the last block... coupled with high floor units, it might touch RM400+psf...
remember KM1 is RM450psf onwards... its too close for comfort...

they should start below RM300psf and slowly work upwards hmm.gif

For sure it will be RM320psf minimum.... But i expect higher if they delay the launch....

if you talk like this... then i also say:

dunno Parklane got swmming?

4000 units x assume 1 units stay with average 4 persons = 16000 ppl...

imagine half of it go to swimming on the sametimes,,, the pool can fit 8000? ehehhe... but impossible lah...normaly if i saw the swimming pool > 20 ppls then i lazy to go liao..i think this one .....

so, you pay maintainance fees for ...xxxxx....?
