Wonder why smaller units being snatch faster? For staying I thought peoples prefer bigger unit? And those smaller unit will be at lower or upper floor?

The condo looks well designed, with such density the carpark ain't visible, underground ? I still wonder whats on top of the roof, penthouse ke or sky lounge ?

Today have a talk with my property agent. He don't recommend buying Z Residence largely because of the surrounding of this place where full of gangsters and the surrounding look quite run down. Not sure if should trust his advise but definitely need to consider before taking next move.
