ahhh nasib baik i didnt do booking..
previously plan to book geh.. but then from estimating 300 per square feet become 330+++ per square feet.. then i run away..

i thought amara and z residence.. the distance between this 2 is quite far ?? one is near batu cave and another is at oug there~
or both of them actually quite near ??

not yet sold out i think...
still left 10++ if not mistaken.. this week i go and have a look see how much left.. not bumi unit.. heard the agent said.. mostly is chinese + little indian buy that properties only..

cheapest last time i saw 430k 2nd floor 13++ square feet
i bought one is 460k
lol i noob on properties... how to determine bumi's design or non bumi's design ?
