zr will build the access road at their vicnity...the remaining will be build by other developer (kr and max), then this will join to lrt access road to jalan 1/155b...

latest NEW - since many ppl register and Good response .. price NOW start RM320psf (initially they claim <=RM300psf)... damn...be aware, the Developer admin will always monitor the market response by viewing this LYN, Real Estate ...forum...the more Hot discussion and some potential buyers show desprate "face" .. then Developer will laugh and increase $ /psf and you all still go for it...

They are clever and smart, said going to sell phase by phase... then in MAPEX said price should be xxx/psf, then many ppl was attract to register... now they can "smile" a lot of potential buyers... then price could possible to be RM320-RM350 psf (not finalized due to see our response lah)...if Good price goes up else remain the previous price...
