seems like some1 'wind' is correct. trinity always launch with higher pricing compare to announced pricing prior launching...

320psf prob it will touch 340/350psf when you hv selected your fav unit in ur fav floor w/o bumi discount.

What is this? High density project and not consider bukit jalil area, dont have proper access road yet, lack of ammenities, poor
and low cost surrounding , are you gonna pay 350?  tongue.gif

1000+ units projects, with 7000+ upcoming units, neighbour with bukit oug condo some more with only 1 main attraction point - 'future' but tak tentu lrt... is it worth tat much?

wow the poster really nice, looks like a very luxury launching, some more with the hat and champagn glass, make ppl think that the property is near to beach, akakakka.

the strong point of this zzzz is the future lrt, some1 mention we should compare the rental price btw those condo near to lrt with those far away, but i think it shouldnt be compared that way. after the construction of the new lrt line, lrt commuters will hv more choicea than they do before. for eg, if there are 50 condos near to lrt today, there may got 100 condos near to lrt after the completion of new lrt line
