I heard it was almost fully sold for block A. If that happened, I believe at least 200 purchasers will make big noise in their sales office. Good luck to the SA, haha.

By the way, if everything not approved yet, how are they going to tell the potential purchaser tomorrow?

Hi guys, I finally recall that the issue of ad approved yet and developer start selling those units, it actually happened before for Saujana Residency by Lion Group in Subang Jaya.

Was told by the SA from TT group, JalilMax already submitted the application to land office for approval. Starting price for Rainz will be roughly from 600K and above.

How come so many rich people in this forum? Anyway, Rich Taiko, what do you think KR2 and Rainz price will be? My estimation is KR2 will be RM380 psf to RM420 psf, Rainz will be RM450 to RM500 psf. My guess only... I don't think I can play in this range anymore..

Yup. Another reason is more newbie investor dive into the property segment, just like me. tongue.gif Many thanks to the property talk/seminar held from time to time. Many people die die also want to invest into property as we believe It is a safer place to put your money in.

OMG... The cemetery reserve land is so huge! This will affect thousands of residence near by. I believe almost 70% of high rise there will be able to see the cemetery. Look at the map.. Alam Setera is definitely a bye bye from buyer. Kinrara BK9 also should be seeing that if on the high hill.. If there is any.. Even Treez also should be able to see cemetery..

KR is sold with higher psf and is lease hold. KR2 will be even higher psf and is lease hold as well... Well.. It's not really far from ZR to KR tho.. I think both is worth for putting your $$ in if got extra of it. For me, I will choose cheaper and free hold.. Just my 2C..
