arrrr. actually am eye-ing for the 1000plus sqf unit as well.

Who knows when i reached the show unit, the sales person told me that 1000plus sqf unit only at block A and its sold off to contractor, pattern banker, consultant etc. Its turn me off straight.

Personally view, I think block A is the best for the location, best view among others block and best block to avoid the high way and HTC.

Tak alalah, good I say good, no good I say no good, but I still believe JJ will be at the plot of land infront the KR phase 2 (where the LRT sits on), the land is belongs to one of the developer in Kelana Jaya, these LRT station take up 350 parking bays space, do you think the land owner (without some plan in hand) would agree with it?
My wind tell me that will be 1 mil sf floor area JJ (the biggest so far) new planning, and if you are sensitive enough, my rough estimation of the current supply & upcoming high rise, Bkt Jalil OUG (incd Parklane Old Puchong Rd) will hv 8000-10000 units of households, it is a very big mkt and high spending power group, no way JJ didn't see it.
Finally we can see JJ is prefer to build their own mall rather than rent ft Mega Mall proprietor, not likely JJ will be in Ho Hup Jalil City. Bout the location, it reminds me the very success story of Pinang Auto City along the NS Highway, next to KESAS will be a great benefits to draw croud fr everywhere.

Actually, those contractor/banker/etc is not real buyer, not even flipper, i would call them dippers cos they just dip their toes & when its convenient, sell off their entitlements.

Developer's show locality map in between ZR and LRT isn't correct, misleading, buyers must be carefulya

For own stay, the design for ZR is nicer, I like the long infinity pool, although HTC is still a distance away, but my advise is must avoid seeing, so only pool Blk C & D can choose.

beside noise from lrt, also got noise from ppl going to lrt...
more headache....
but i die die also need to buy prop at that area....kena warn by gal liao...

I was at the launching, but very disappointed no pretty SA, so dun want to buylah...just joking
My humble advise to all developers, "Leng Nooi" SA really help a lot

Yalah pool view only, no worries, you pay a little premium to own and enjoy, when you sell one day, pool view confirm fetch much better price
