My lawyer informed me that Loan Agreement has been stampede & the bank will disburse the loan to TTDI anytime soon. Once the loan has been disbursed, TTDI has one week time to deliver the house to me. That's what I understand from TTDI saleman.

they told me i cant get the key b4 CNY. They said bank haven pay the redemption to TTDI. After bank pay the redemption amt, then bank will disburse the full payment. And TTDI will bill us for the electric & water deposit and then pass us the key.

Can i know if there is anyone of you booked VIOLA? The first payment is due 26 Jan and i have not received any information from the lawyer to pay the cash to TTDI...Very slow...

Yeah mine's on the 28th. You've settled your loan agreement already? If so, the bank should already know to pay by that date, but safer if you contact them to confirm everything's ok.

I have written to TTDI for 90days grace period for my bank loan approval ...., the management has approved my request.... effective date to charge interest is from 12nd March 2011.

Did the developer give you anything in writing? My bank officer said my loan lawyer has done it on my behalf and Naza agreed also, but I have not seen anything in black and white. Thinking of calling Naza to confirm. Thanks for the advise.

The Spira I bought is the one 436k facing garden 20x70. how about yours?

Maybe this bank is trying to be crafty by telling me I can't afford the loan at 90%.

yes... i just got my loan approved 90% but now waiting for Loan Documentation to be signed. somemore S&P not yet sign by the director..

I just called TTDI and a salewoman told me that the keys of Spira could be released by this Saturday. I am not so sure how true it is. And I had a chance to talk with someone from TTDI accounting dept to check my loan disbursement. Unfortunately, my bank has not disbursed the loan to TTDI yet. According to him, once the loan has been disbursed to TTDI, they will send a letter to us for water/power deposits and transfer the key to us within 7 days. The day I get the key will be after CNY for sure.

I also went to Spira this morning but I could not get in the compound. The guards are so strict now. They do not let anyone in except TTDI staffs and Spira owners who have keys. It would be great if they maintain this way. I would definitely feel secure to move in as soon as I get the key.

All anti-climb fencing are ready but the guard house is still incomplete. I just don't understand why it took so long to complete this small structure!

Thanks for your suggestion but my due date is in the middle of March so I don't think I have to pay for 10% interest set by TTDI.
Anyway, good luck for your loan as you need to rush it anyway you can to avoid that interest payment.

for my case the financiers haven't even given me the offer letter. I applied last week. Hari Raya mood i think!

I'm doomed. will have to write to the developer to ignore the 10% penalty.
